stick Granule Packing Machine

This automatic small sachet granule packing machine uses volumetric cup dosing to measure and pack free-flowing granular products from 1 to 100 g. It automatically completes material feeding, measuring, bag forming, filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting. The compact vertical structure is suitable for peanuts, seeds, coffee beans, sunflower seeds, candy and similar dry granules packed in small retail or sample sachets.

Product Overview

This machine is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal system designed for small-dose granular products. It combines a material hopper, volumetric measuring cups, roll-film feeding, bag forming, filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting in one compact unit. Depending on the selected machine configuration, it can produce three-side-seal, four-side-seal or back-seal sachets.

The volumetric cup dosing system measures products by volume before discharging them into the formed bag. It is intended for dry, free-flowing and relatively uniform granules that can enter and leave the measuring cups without sticking or bridging. The touchscreen and PLC control system allow operators to manage packaging settings, while the stepper-driven bag-length control supports adjustment for different sachet dimensions.

The machine is suitable for food processors, seed suppliers, coffee businesses, snack manufacturers and contract packaging facilities requiring small sachets with consistent dimensions. It replaces several manual operations by completing dosing and packaging continuously. Final suitability and dosing consistency should be confirmed according to the product’s particle size, bulk density, flowability and required filling weight.

Applications

This machine is intended for dry, free-flowing granular materials that can be measured through volumetric cups. Products should have reasonably consistent particle characteristics and should not be excessively sticky, wet, dusty or prone to bridging. A sample test is recommended when filling accuracy may be affected by product density or irregular particle size.

This machine is suitable for:

  • Peanuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Coffee beans
  • Roasted beans
  • Mixed nuts
  • Candy pieces
  • Sugar-coated confectionery
  • Rice
  • Lentils
  • Small dry beans
  • Cereal grains
  • Seed sachets
  • Tea granules
  • Small dry seasoning granules
  • Dry fruit pieces with suitable flowability

A material test is recommended for fragile, oily, sticky, moisture-sensitive or highly irregular products. A different dosing system may be required for powders, liquids, pastes or large uneven pieces.

Main Features

1. Automatic Packaging Process

The machine continuously completes feeding, volumetric measuring, bag forming, filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting, reducing repetitive manual packaging work.

2. Volumetric Cup Dosing

Adjustable measuring cups dispense granular products by volume and are suitable for free-flowing materials with reasonably stable particle size and bulk density.

3. Multiple Sealing Formats

Three-side-seal, four-side-seal and back-seal sachets are listed as available formats, subject to confirmation of the selected forming and sealing configuration.

4. Touchscreen and PLC Control

The touchscreen interface and PLC control system provide centralized operation and allow relevant packaging parameters to be adjusted from the control panel.

5. Adjustable Sachet Dimensions

The machine supports bag lengths from 30 to 170 mm and bag widths from 30 to 130 mm within the confirmed specification.

6. Stepper-Controlled Bag Length

A stepper motor controls film feeding and bag length, helping maintain the selected sachet dimensions during continuous packaging.

7. PID Temperature Regulation

The intelligent temperature controller uses PID adjustment, with the supplied specification stating a temperature error range controlled within 1°C.

8. Photoelectric Eye Detection

The listed photoelectric eye can support printed-film registration detection when compatible packaging film and registration marks are used.

9. Optional Coding Function

A coding device can be configured according to project requirements for printing information such as production dates or batch numbers.

10. Compact Vertical Structure

The integrated vertical layout combines dosing, bag forming and sealing functions within a relatively small equipment footprint.

Working Principle

Granular material is first loaded into the upper hopper and transferred into the volumetric measuring-cup system. The cups collect a preset volume of product and discharge each measured portion into the bag-forming section.

Roll film is unwound and guided through the forming mechanism. The machine shapes the film into a sachet according to the selected three-side-seal, four-side-seal or back-seal configuration. After the lower seal is formed, the measured granules enter the open bag.

The sealing system then applies controlled heat to close the package. Film feeding and bag length are controlled by the drive system, while the photoelectric eye can track registration marks on suitable printed film. The finished sachet is cut from the film and counted before discharge. Coding can be added as an optional operation.

Process Flow:
Material Loading → Volumetric Measuring → Film Feeding → Bag Forming → Filling → Heat Sealing → Cutting → Counting → Sachet Discharge

Machine Details

1. Material Hopper

The upper hopper stores granular material and supplies it to the measuring section. Product flow should remain stable to support consistent cup filling.

2. Volumetric Measuring Cups

The cup system measures each portion by volume before filling. Dosing results depend on cup adjustment, product bulk density, particle size and flowability.

3. Film Unwinding System

The film holder supports the packaging-film roll and feeds the film toward the bag-forming and sealing sections during continuous operation.

4. Bag-Forming Section

This section guides and folds the roll film into the selected sachet structure before the measured product is discharged into the package.

5. Heat-Sealing System

The sealing mechanism applies controlled temperature and pressure to close the sachet. The final sealing structure depends on the selected machine configuration.

6. Cutting Unit

After sealing is completed, the cutting mechanism separates the continuous film into individual finished sachets.

7. Touchscreen Control Panel

The touchscreen provides the operator interface for machine operation, parameter adjustment and monitoring of the packaging process.

8. PLC and Drive System

The PLC coordinates the packaging sequence, while the listed stepper motor controls bag length and the associated drive components manage machine movement.

9. Photoelectric Eye

The photoelectric sensor detects printed registration marks on compatible film to help align the cutting and sealing positions.

10. Coding Device — Optional

A coding system can be added when the project requires printed production dates, batch numbers or other package information.

Packaging & Shipping

The final packing method, shipping dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the selected sealing configuration, optional components and transportation requirements.

Before dispatch, the machine can be checked for basic operation, parameter response, film feeding, measuring, sealing and cutting using the agreed test conditions. Components that may move during transportation should be secured, while the touchscreen, measuring system, film holder and sealing area should receive suitable impact and moisture protection.

Customers should provide the destination, voltage requirements, packaging-film information and available unloading conditions before shipment arrangements are finalized. The listed external dimensions and weight should be reconfirmed to determine whether they refer to the machine itself or its shipping package. Customs clearance, import duties and destination-side handling remain subject to the agreed commercial arrangement.

FAQ

Q1. What products can this machine pack?

It is designed for dry, free-flowing granules such as peanuts, seeds, coffee beans, mixed nuts, candy, rice and similar small products. Final suitability depends on particle size, bulk density, flowability and the required filling weight.

Q2. What is the available filling range?

The confirmed filling range is 1–100 g per sachet. Because the machine measures by volume, actual dosing consistency depends on the product’s bulk density and how uniformly it enters the measuring cups.

Q3. Which sachet styles can the machine produce?

The supplied specification lists three-side seal, four-side seal and back seal. The exact available format should be confirmed before ordering because different sachet structures may require corresponding forming and sealing components.

Q4. Can the machine pack products not listed in the application examples?

Products with similar free-flowing granular characteristics may be suitable. Please provide samples, particle dimensions, bulk density, target weight and bag size. Sticky, wet, fragile, dusty or irregular products should be verified through a sample test.

Q5. What warranty information is provided?

The supplied document states a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance support. The exact warranty scope, covered components, service method and responsibilities should be confirmed in the final commercial agreement.
