Commercial Double Chamber Vacuum Packing Machine

This commercial double chamber vacuum packing machine uses two working chambers and one movable vacuum cover for continuous packaging. While one chamber performs vacuum extraction and sealing, the operator can prepare products in the other chamber. It is suitable for meat, seafood, cooked food, grains, nuts, dry ingredients, and compatible non-food products, helping food processors increase packaging efficiency and reduce waiting time between cycles.
Product Overview
This double chamber vacuum packing machine is designed for commercial and industrial applications requiring more continuous production than a single chamber machine. It has two working chambers positioned on opposite sides of a movable vacuum cover. The operator loads filled pouches into one chamber while the other side completes the vacuum and sealing cycle.
During operation, the open ends of the filled pouches are positioned across the sealing bars. The vacuum cover is moved over the loaded chamber, and the machine extracts air from the enclosed space. After the preset vacuum stage, the sealing system closes the pouch openings. Chamber pressure then returns to normal, allowing the completed packages to be removed.
The double chamber structure reduces idle loading time because the unused side can be prepared while the active chamber is operating. It is suitable for meat-processing plants, seafood factories, central kitchens, cooked-food producers, agricultural-product packers, dry-food factories, and other businesses handling repeated packaging batches.
Final packaging performance depends on the selected machine size, pouch dimensions, product height, moisture level, sealing compatibility, product temperature, and required vacuum level.
Applications
This machine is suitable for products placed in compatible heat-sealable vacuum pouches. The filled package must fit within the selected chamber, and the pouch opening must lie flat across the sealing bar.

7. Movable Vacuum Cover
The vacuum cover can be shifted between the two chambers using the upper handle and support structure, enabling alternating left-and-right operation.
8. Stainless-Steel Machine Body
The machine uses a stainless-steel body suitable for routine cleaning and commercial food-packaging environments, subject to the final material specification.
9. Floor-Standing Mobile Structure
The documented machines are floor-standing units fitted with universal caster wheels for workshop positioning and cleaning access.
10. Wide Application Range
The machine can be used for meat, seafood, cooked products, grains, dry foods, seasonings, and compatible non-food items packed in suitable vacuum pouches.
Working Principle
The operator first places each product inside a suitable heat-sealable vacuum pouch. The filled pouches are arranged inside one working chamber, with their open ends positioned flat across the sealing bars.
The movable vacuum cover is shifted over the loaded chamber. After the chamber closes, the vacuum system removes air from the enclosed space and from the pouches. When the preset vacuum stage is completed, the sealing pressure mechanism presses the pouch openings against the heated sealing bars.
The pouches are sealed, chamber pressure returns to normal, and the cover can then be moved to the second chamber. While the second chamber is operating, the operator removes finished packages and reloads the first chamber.
This alternating process reduces waiting time between loading and vacuum cycles. Vacuum time, sealing time, pouch thickness, product temperature, and package position should be adjusted according to the actual product.
Process Flow:
Pouch Loading → Pouch Positioning → Cover Transfer → Chamber Closing → Vacuum Extraction → Heat Sealing → Pressure Equalization → Cover Transfer → Package Removal
Machine Details
1. Dual Vacuum Chambers
The machine contains two separate working chambers. Each chamber holds filled pouches during vacuum extraction and sealing, allowing alternate-side production.
2. Movable Vacuum Cover
The upper cover moves between the two chambers and creates the enclosed working space required for vacuum extraction.
3. Operating Handle
The handle allows the operator to guide the vacuum cover from one chamber to the other during alternating production.
4. Sealing Bars
The pouch openings are positioned across the sealing bars before the chamber closes. The sealing bars apply heat after the vacuum stage.
5. Sealing Pressure Rod
The pressure structure holds the pouch opening against the sealing area during the heating stage, supporting stable contact between the bag and sealing bar.
6. Vacuum Extraction System
The vacuum system removes air from the enclosed chamber and the filled pouches before sealing begins.
7. Control Panel
The front control panel provides access to vacuum, sealing, and operating-cycle settings. Exact control functions depend on the selected configuration.
8. Cover Support Mechanism
The cover-support arms connect the movable lid to the machine body and guide its movement between the two chambers.
9. Heat Dissipation Openings
Ventilation openings on the side of the machine body support heat release from the internal electrical and vacuum components.
10. Universal Caster Wheels
Caster wheels support movement and workshop positioning. The machine should be placed on a stable surface and secured before production.
