Automatic Liquid and Sauce Sachet Packing Machine

This automatic liquid and sauce sachet packing machine is designed for small-dose liquid, semi-liquid and smooth paste products. It automatically completes film feeding, bag forming, measuring, filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting. The machine is suitable for sauces, syrups, edible liquids, shampoo and similar products packed in small three-side-seal, four-side-seal or back-seal sachets.
Product Overview
This machine is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal packaging system for small portions of liquid and sauce products. It integrates material storage, liquid or sauce measuring, roll-film feeding, bag forming, filling, heat sealing, cutting and counting within one vertical machine.
Material is supplied from the upper hopper to the metering and filling assembly. Roll film is drawn through the forming section and converted into the selected sachet structure. The machine then releases the measured product through the filling tube, seals the package and cuts it into an individual sachet.
The machine is intended for food processors, condiment manufacturers, personal-care producers, daily chemical companies and contract packaging businesses. It can be used for free-flowing liquids and smooth sauces within the confirmed filling range.
Product viscosity, temperature, foaming tendency and solid-particle content can affect filling performance. Thick sauces, products containing pieces and materials that crystallize or solidify may require a customized hopper, larger filling passage, agitation or heating. Final suitability should therefore be verified through a material and film test.
Applications
This machine is suitable for free-flowing liquids, viscous liquids and smooth sauces that can pass through the installed metering and filling assembly. Final suitability depends on viscosity, temperature, foaming tendency, particle content and the required filling volume.
This machine is suitable for:
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Edible oil
- Fruit syrup
- Honey
- Ketchup
- Chili sauce without large particles
- Mustard sauce
- Smooth fruit jam
- Salad dressing
- Liquid seasoning
- Shampoo
- Liquid soap
- Hand sanitizer gel
- Low-viscosity lotion
A material test is recommended for highly viscous products, foaming liquids, sauces containing solid pieces, products that require heating, or materials that may block the filling passage.

2. Liquid and Sauce Filling System
The upper hopper and metering assembly deliver a controlled portion of liquid or smooth sauce through the filling tube into each formed sachet.
3. Multiple Sealing Formats
The supplied specification lists three-side seal, four-side seal and back seal, allowing the bag structure to be selected according to the packaging project.
4. Touchscreen and PLC Control
The touchscreen and PLC provide centralized machine operation and allow the operator to adjust available packaging parameters from the control panel.
5. Adjustable Sachet Dimensions
The confirmed bag range covers lengths from 30 to 170 mm and widths from 30 to 130 mm.
6. Stepper-Controlled Film Feeding
A stepper motor controls film movement and bag length, supporting adjustment when the required sachet dimensions change.
7. PID Temperature Regulation
The intelligent temperature controller uses PID adjustment, with the supplied document stating that temperature deviation is controlled within 1°C.
8. Heat-Sealable Film Compatibility
The machine supports several listed laminated film structures, including polyethylene-based, aluminum-laminated and paper-laminated packaging materials.
9. Automatic Counting
Completed packages are counted during the automatic production cycle, helping operators monitor the number of sachets produced.
10. Optional Batch Coding
A coding device can be configured to print production dates, batch numbers or other required information on compatible packaging film.
Working Principle
Liquid or sauce is loaded into the upper hopper and supplied to the metering and filling assembly. The system releases a measured portion of material through the filling tube according to the selected setting.
At the same time, roll film is unwound and guided through the forming mechanism. The film is folded into the required sachet structure, and the first transverse seal is formed to create an open package.
The measured liquid or sauce is discharged into the sachet. The heat-sealing mechanism then closes the package using controlled temperature and pressure. The stepper-driven film system advances the film according to the selected bag length, after which the cutting unit separates the completed sachet.
The machine counts the finished packages and repeats the cycle automatically. The filling configuration should be selected according to product viscosity, flow characteristics and solid-particle content.
Process Flow:
Material Loading → Measuring → Film Feeding → Bag Forming → Filling → Heat Sealing → Cutting → Counting → Sachet Discharge
Machine Details
1. Material Hopper
The upper hopper stores liquid or sauce and supplies it to the measuring section. Hopper configuration may need adjustment for thick, temperature-sensitive or poorly flowing products.
2. Metering and Filling Assembly
This assembly controls the portion delivered into each sachet. Final filling performance depends on product viscosity, density, temperature and flow characteristics.
3. Filling Tube
The filling tube guides the measured material into the formed package while helping keep the filling point aligned with the bag-forming section.
4. Film Unwinding System
The film holder supports the roll and continuously supplies packaging material to the forming and sealing mechanisms.
5. Bag Former
The forming section folds flat roll film into the selected three-side-seal, four-side-seal or back-seal sachet structure.
6. Heat-Sealing Unit
The sealing system applies controlled heat and pressure to produce the longitudinal and transverse seals required by the selected bag format.
7. Cutting Mechanism
The cutting unit separates the continuous sealed film into individual finished sachets after each filling and sealing cycle.
8. Touchscreen Control Panel
The touchscreen allows operators to start, stop, monitor and adjust the available machine settings through a centralized interface.
9. PLC and Stepper Drive
The PLC coordinates the packaging sequence, while the stepper motor controls film feeding and bag length.
10. Coding Device — Optional
An optional coding unit can be installed when production dates, lot numbers or other package information must be printed.

Packaging & Shipping
The final packing method, shipping dimensions and gross weight will be confirmed according to the selected sealing structure, filling configuration and optional components.
Before shipment, the machine should be checked for material feeding, measuring, film movement, bag forming, temperature control, sealing and cutting under the agreed test conditions. Residual test material should be removed, and the hopper, filling assembly, film holder, touchscreen and sealing components should be secured against movement.
Suitable moisture and impact protection should be selected according to the destination and transportation method. Customers should provide product samples, viscosity information, filling volume, bag dimensions, film structure and voltage requirements before the final configuration is confirmed.
Destination unloading, customs clearance, import duties and local installation arrangements remain subject to the final commercial agreement.
FAQ
Q1. What products can this machine pack?
It can pack liquid and smooth sauce products such as soy sauce, vinegar, edible oil, syrup, honey, ketchup, shampoo and liquid soap. Final suitability depends on viscosity, temperature, foaming tendency and whether the product contains solid particles.
Q2. What is the available filling range?
The supplied specification lists a measuring range of 1–100 g or 3–100 ml. The relationship between weight and volume varies according to product density, so the actual portion should be confirmed using the customer’s material.
Q3. Can it pack thick sauces or products containing particles?
Thick sauces may require a customized filling passage, hopper agitator or heating system. Products containing large particles may block the filling assembly. A material test is required before confirming these applications.
Q4. Which sachet formats are available?
The document lists three-side seal, four-side seal and back seal. The required format should be confirmed before production because different bag structures may require corresponding forming and sealing components.
Q5. What information is required to confirm the machine?
Please provide the product name, viscosity, temperature, particle content, filling volume, target speed, bag dimensions, sealing format, film structure and power supply. Sending product and film samples is recommended.
