Working Principle
Products are placed on the infeed conveyor and transferred toward the film-wrapping section. Shrink film is unwound from the film-roll holder and guided around the product as it moves into the sealing area.
Once the product reaches the correct position, the sealing and cutting mechanism closes the film and separates the package from the remaining roll material. Excess film is transferred toward the waste-collection section.
The sealed package continues along the connection conveyor and enters the heat shrink tunnel. Heated circulating air causes the shrink film to contract around the product. After the required heating time, the package exits the tunnel through the finished-product outlet.
